We have taken the following steps: training and business licence
Recognising this new reality, we have taken a significant step: 27 professionals from various departments within the group have undergone specialised training in ChatGPT. The objective was clear: to learn how to use artificial intelligence as a practical and responsible tool in our daily work activities.
We have also rolled out a business licence so that the entire workforce can use AI in their daily work more efficiently and collaboratively, while ensuring greater security and driving continuous improvement and process standardisation.

AI speeds up the preparation of specifications, quotation templates, comparisons, and technical sales pitches, while maintaining consistency with the catalogue and PPE regulations. It also helps us to draft technical data sheets, auditable checklists, summaries of regulations applicable to PPE categories, etc.
Purchasing and logistics:
It helps to summarise needs, prepare RFQs, standardise specifications, and anticipate bottlenecks in land–air–sea routes. Maintenance and technical support: AI assists us in preventive plans, analysis of recurring incidents, and drafting of procedures, facilitating the leap towards predictive approaches.
